With its Alpandino dishes, the Zig Zag Restaurant offers a culinary fusion whose traditions are deeply rooted in the mountains, where the sunshine generates balanced foods full of energy.

The dishes most representative of Alpandino gastronomy arise from a marvellous synthesis of unique time-hallowed ingredients from all over Peru, combined with ancient and modern culinary techniques from the Alps and the Andes. One of the results is our great speciality: Meats and Fish cooked on Volcanic Stone.

This culinary concept has been studied especially to enable different types of food to be sampled, prepared in an exlusive, healthy and very natural style, allowing the restaurant's customers to compare and enjoy the country's range of different flavours.

Located within Arequipa's historic centre, opposite the beautiful Plaza San Francisco, the Zig Zag Restaurant's bar is just the place to discover new wines, and to enjoy a diferent kind of gastronomical evening in cosy surroundings which include an antique iron staircase designed by the famous French architect Gustave Alexandre Eiffel.
